Mom refused services to put the child in child care and all of the kids were taken and put into foster care. The social worker has confirmed that all of the kids were well taken care of and seemed to be thriving. 3. The service I would suggest to assist this family is drug counseling and rehabilitation for sure. Then maybe a trade school or further education for mother to make her accountable and responsible for staying clean and off of drugs.
